Love it! We heard our first mockingbird last summer near our house and we just sat down and had a listen for about 15 minutes. It was a gorgeous symphony. We have since heard another one – same thing!
Beautiful drawing of a bird I’ve never seen up here in Nova Scotia…love the cat’s expression, too. Reading and looking at your blog is almost inspiring me to take a class in drawing–almost. Maybe when the photography class I’m taking is done…I’d dearly love to be able to capture some of our garden in watercolours.
